Searches in the house of the Ukrainian oligarch Kolomoiski
The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) on Wednesday saided the house of the oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky, as part of an investigation into the fraud of the Ukrtatneft and Ukrnafta companies, reports Rador.
According to preliminary information, it is about a "waste of oil products" worth 40 billion hryvnias (39 hryvnias/1 EUR). The investigators are also talking about non-payment of customs debts. According to RBC, the SBU is most likely conducting searches at the oligarch's place of residence in the well-known mountain resort of Bukovel.
For now, there are no official comments on the SBU searches at the house of businessman Kolomoiski. RBC reminds that last year Ukraine nationalized part of the enterprises of the oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky, including Ukrnafta and Ukrtatnafta.
