Four new members proposed for Moldelectrica’s Board
Four candidates were nominated for the position of member of the Board of Directors of the State Enterprise Moldelectrica. These candidates were selected through an open competition and will be appointed by the enterprise's founder, the Ministry of Energy.
The selection committee for the position of member of the Board of Directors of Moldelectrica has announced the completion of the open competition to fill four vacant positions.
According to the press release, "after a rigorous evaluation and selection process, based on the results of the competition," the committee has decided to recommend the following candidates to the founder: Corina Popescu, who won the competition; Bogdan Toncescu; Oleg Stiopca; and Eugen Ghilețchi.
These candidates will be submitted for designation by the founder for a term of two years.
We remind you that the interview process for the Board of Directors position took place on May 8, 2025, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Energy. During this process, 12 candidates who passed the initial file evaluation were interviewed.
