Bulgaria's Minister of Foreign Affairs pays a visit to the Republic of Moldova

Bulgaria's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Georg Georgiev, will visit the Republic of Moldova on May 24-25. According to a press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Chisinau, the visit's agenda includes meetings with Mihai Popșoi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs; Igor Grosu, the Parliament Speaker of the Republic of Moldova; and Cristina Gherasimov, the Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration.
The agenda for the discussions will focus on strengthening the relations between Moldova and Bulgaria, highlighting Bulgaria's support for Moldova's European integration. Additional topics will include cooperation in education and fostering dialogue with the Bulgarian community in Moldova.
The Bulgarian Foreign Minister will attend the official inauguration of a branch of Angel Kanchev University from Ruse in Taraclia.
Foreign Ministers Mihai Popșoi and Georg Georgiev will hold a joint press conference at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Sunday, May 25.
