Ukraine and Russia exchange prisoners again
A new prisoner exchange has taken place between Russia and Ukraine, the second this year. Kiev said 116 Ukrainian soldiers and security forces members had been released, while Moscow said 63 of its soldiers had been returned, the BBC reports.

Both sides have released video footage of the soldiers' release. Ukraine's head of the presidential chancellery, Andrey Yermak, said those released included defenders from Mariupol, partisans from Herson and snipers from Bahmut.
Andrei Yermak, Ukrainian presidential adviser, reported that the bodies of British humanitarian volunteers Andrew Bagshaw and Chris Parry, killed by Russian troops, were sent back to Ukraine with the POW exchange.
Bagshaw and Parry died during a humanitarian evacuation attempt in eastern Ukraine in January, Parry's family previously said.
Russia's defence ministry described the negotiations as complex.
