The Government of the Republic of Moldova sent a new batch of humanitarian aid to Ukraine
On Friday, February 10, the Government of the Republic of Moldova sent Ukraine a new batch of humanitarian aid worth over 16.8 million lei. The 9 trucks with a load of over 122 tons were escorted by the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations in the neighboring country.

According to IGSU, the batch includes stocks provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Moldova, and it is to arrive in the Khmelnytskyi region of Ukraine. The aid consists of medicines, tents, generators, but also food products for people in need in the neighboring country.
Material goods are provided to Ukraine as free international assistance. Previously, the Republic of Moldova sent 4 batches of humanitarian aid to Ukraine, the last one was sent to the Nikolaev region in October last year and included 17 trucks in the amount of about 21 million lei.
