Herson in Ukraine shelled. The Regional State Administration building damaged
The Russian army shelled the centre of Herson this morning, striking the Regional State Administration building, Ukrainskaia Pravda reports.
At the moment there is no information about casualties, the source notes. Also, the Russian occupation forces shelled Nikopol in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
A woman lost her life and another was wounded. A number of buildings were damaged throughout the city.
