MEP asked the European Parliament for a declaration of support for the Republic of Moldova
MEP Markéta Gregorova requested a statement of support from the European Parliament for the Republic of Moldova, following the statements of President Maia Sandu, reports g4media.ro.

Markéta Gregorova addressed the request of the President of the European Parliament, Roberta Metsola, at the opening of the plenary session in Strasbourg. At the same time, the president of the Chamber of Deputies from Bucharest, Marcel Ciolacu, was deeply concerned about the statements of president Maia Sandu regarding Russia's plans to destabilize the situation in the Republic of Moldova. "Romania and the European Union fully support the continuation of the democratic and European path of the Republic of Moldova," Ciolacu wrote on Twitter.
The adviser to the Ukrainian president, Mihail Podoleac, declared that "the attempts of the Russian Federation to destabilize the Republic of Moldova and stage a coup are yet another proof of the true nature of the Russian expansionist state and its enormous appetites. "Those who want a 'deal' need to remember this," Podoleac wrote on Twitter.
We remind you that today the country's president Maia Sandu declared that the Russian Federation intends to remove power from Chisinau through subversive actions, involving people from outside the country.
