Josep Borrell: Kyiv's international partners should send modern tanks to Ukraine
The head of the European Union's diplomacy, Josep Borrell, said that Kiev's international partners should send to Ukraine the modern tanks that are in their warehouses and that do not bring any benefit to the respective countries.
The official pointed out that too much time was wasted discussing whether or not tanks should be sent to Ukraine, and all the while, Russia was preparing its offensive. "Time is crucial and it is measured in human lives," says the head of European diplomacy. Josep Borrell also noted that, for lasting peace in Europe, Ukraine must defeat Russia.
