Prince Radu of Romania had a meeting with the Republic of Moldova's prime minister Dorin Recean. During the discussions, the subject of the integration of the Republic of Moldova into the European Union and the steps taken by our country in the process of aligning with European standards were discussed.

The Prime Minister expressed his gratitude for the efforts made by the Royal House in promoting the image of the Republic of Moldova and for strengthening the existing economic partnership with Romania. "It is important to boost the partnership with Romania. However, the tragedy in Ukraine brings us even closer. That's why things must be amplified and capitalized in order to have an even greater convergence on areas of common interest", said Dorin Recean. For his part, Prince Radu mentioned that, together with His Majesty Margareta, he proposed to carry out a tour in European countries to make them understand why it is important for the Republic of Moldova to become a member of the European Union.
