Queues at Chișinău Airport: Passengers advised to arrive three hours before their flight
There is significant congestion at "Eugen Doga" International Airport in Chisinau, where passengers are expressing dissatisfaction over unbearable crowding. The airport administration is advising travelers to arrive at the terminal at least three hours prior to their flight.
Before the flight, passengers must complete several formalities, including check-in, security checks, and border control, which can take some time. The Border Police asserts that these mandatory stages could be completed more quickly if passengers adhered to additional guidelines.
The Border Police specifically warns that liquids and cosmetics must be stored in containers that hold no more than 100 ml. Additionally, passengers are required to remove large electronic devices from their hand luggage.
It is advisable for passengers to avoid carrying prohibited items and to dress in comfortable clothing and shoes. They should also have their travel documents and airline tickets readily available.
