Saudi Arabia sent Ukraine humanitarian aid worth 100 million dollars

Saudi Arabia has sent Ukraine humanitarian aid worth 100 million dollars, according to the statements of the head of the Ukrainian presidential office, Andriy Yermak, posted today on the Telegram platform, quoted by the BBC.

Aid includes 135 powerful generators, warm blankets and hygiene products. The aid was transported by three planes and is to be distributed in six regions of the country to help thousands of people who urgently need it. In his message, the official thanked Saudi Arabia for its support to Ukraine, stressing that it is a sign of solidarity between the 2 countries. We remind that at the end of February, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia, Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, visited Kyiv, and during this visit two documents were signed regarding the Kingdom's support for Ukraine: a humanitarian aid worth $100 million and oil products worth $300 million.
