Police on the streets to streamline traffic: Chisinau exits crowded

Increased traffic is currently being observed on several routes leaving Chisinau, where police have intervened to prevent congestion and ensure traffic safety.
"Patrol inspectors are responsible for directing and managing road traffic to ensure safety on the roads," states the General Inspectorate of Police.
Law enforcement officials urge drivers to exercise caution, follow officers' instructions, and adjust their speed to traffic conditions.
We remind you that during this time, several locations in the Republic of Moldova are observing Easter of the Dead. This is a period when citizens travel to their hometowns and cemeteries to honor the deceased.
Chisinau City Hall is offering free transportation on April 19 and 20 to facilitate travel to the "Saint Lazarus" Cemetery and other cemeteries in the capital and its suburbs.
Buses will operate under special conditions and, if necessary, additional buses will be added to handle the increased number of passengers during this time.
Some traditional routes will be extended to ensure access to cemeteries. Special bus services will also be organized to the "Saint Lazarus" Cemetery, marked with signs "C," "D," and route number 27.
