Cadastre appointments now available in the EVO app for 14 localities

The "Appointments" module in the EVO application has been completed and now includes a scheduling option for services offered by the Public Institution Real Estate Cadastre. Currently, this functionality is available in 14 localities as part of the pilot phase, with plans for gradual expansion across the country.
The EVO application provides comprehensive information on each territorial cadastral office, including its legal address, phone number, and other contact details. Currently, appointments for cadastral services are available in the following locations: Căușeni, Hâncești, Ungheni, Drochia, Bălți, Rîșcani, Cahul, Florești, Sângerei, Ștefan Vodă, Ialoveni, Soroca, Orhei, and Edineț.
How the “Appointments” module works
To make an appointment, users can access the EVO application, select their desired institution in the “Appointments” module, and then choose the required service from the available options. After selecting the date and time, users must provide the requested personal information to complete the appointment.
In addition to scheduling appointments, the module provides features such as viewing appointment details and locating the offices on a map. Users can also add their appointments to their personal calendar within the application or cancel them directly if they no longer require the service.
The “Appointments” module in EVO is integrated with the government’s appointment scheduling platform, programari.gov.md, which is managed by the Electronic Governance Agency (AGE). Cadastral services can also be accessed via the evo.gov.md portal.
“Currently, citizens can schedule all services provided by the Real Estate Cadastre through the portal, as listed on the provider profile in EVO. Since the beginning of the year, approximately 300 scheduling requests have been registered,” according to a press release from AGE.
Digitalization – A strategic priority
Institution representatives state that the list of available scheduling services will continue to grow as more institutions integrate their services into the platform.
The goal is for every citizen to easily and quickly access public services and manage their interactions with the government at any time and from anywhere, whether through the application or the EVO portal. To utilize all functionalities of the application and portal, users need an electronic signature.
The authorities view the digitalization of public services and the facilitation of access to them as a strategic priority for the Republic of Moldova. Currently, 316 services for entrepreneurs (75.5%) are available online, along with 239 public services (57.7%).
The government’s scheduling platform consolidates services offered by various agencies, including the Public Services Agency, the Organization for Entrepreneurship Development, the State Chamber for Brand Supervision, the State Inspectorate for Technical Supervision "Intehagro," the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Archives Agency, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as the Public Institution for Real Estate Cadastre.
