The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands is to be inaugurated in Chisinau

The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands will be opened in Chisinau in May. Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu made the announcement after a farewell meeting with the ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Chisinau, Roelof van Ees.

This decision in The Hague will enhance bilateral contacts, especially on the trade dimension, and will strengthen sectoral partnerships in our European integration process, according to the head of the Parliament.

Igor Grosu also thanked Ambassador Roelof van Ees for the support he has given to Moldova over the years in strengthening democracy and good governance, and for the help he has provided in recent years.
