Protests in France have again degenerated into street fighting. Demonstrators attacked law enforcement with bottles and stones
The protests in Paris towards pension reform have degenerated again in street fights. Several demonstrators attacked law enforcement with bottles and stones, digi24 reports.

Tear gas was needed to disperse the crowd. The protest in the French capital was far from the only one. People in more than 200 cities opposed raising the retirement age. The demonstrations were accompanied by a rail and air traffic controller strike.
Hundreds of thousands of people took to the streets in several cities, unhappy that the government wants to raise the retirement age by two years, from 62 to 64. As expected, some demonstrators clashed with law enforcement.
People say they will not accept under any circumstances the reform proposed by the government and supported by Emmanuel Macron.
