CSE adjusted the mechanism for distributing firewood to the population

The Commission for Emergency Situations (CSE) made some adjustments to the mechanism for distributing firewood to the population. According to them, the "Moldsilva" Agency will set the sales limit at a maximum volume of five sterile meters per household and 200 sterile meters per non-domestic consumer.

Also, starting from this April 1, a number of provisions of the CSE, which refer to the issuance of authorizations for cutting in the forest fund and in the forest vegetation outside the forest fund, will be repealed.

At the same time, the firewood release mechanism will be repealed, considering the completion of the 2022-2023 cold season. A Regulation in this regard, for the next heating season, will be developed by the "Moldsilva" Agency and presented to the Ministry of the Environment for approval.
