Negureni village invests in development: Kindergarten, roads and House of Culture renovated
The Negureni locality in the Telenești district is one of the communities that has benefitted from investments in recent years, contributing to the village's development. One of the key priorities has been education, alongside several projects aimed at modernizing local infrastructure. Roads and the Culture House have been renovated, and to enhance resident safety, the video surveillance system is also being expanded.
The kindergarten in Negureni was renovated through the National Program "European Village". The works transformed the institution into a more modern and safer space, adapted to the needs of children and educational activities.
"I returned home from abroad to the Republic of Moldova. My child also attended a kindergarten in Italy and I would not make a difference in Europe and the kindergarten we have here. We are very pleased that in such a village, like Negureni, we have such a kindergarten".

The six groups received new furniture and equipment. The celebration hall was renovated, and the playground was modernized. Digital equipment was also installed for educational activities.
"We have a joy for the children, for the parents, for all of us, in this village. The kindergarten is large, and we are in demand from the surrounding villages, which means we need furniture"
The village's Culture House has undergone significant changes thanks to the second edition of the "European Village" Program. The building was renovated and its roof was replaced at a cost of approximately 2.3 million lei.
"It's a great joy that we now have a place to gather. The village is beautiful and is developing well."

Through the National Program "Europe is Close," approximately one and a half kilometers of local roads have been rehabilitated.
"We have always had roads in Europe. When I was a child, we walked through mud. But now, thank God, if we buy a pair of sneakers, we can keep them for five years because we have beautiful roads."
"We, the residents of Negureni commune, are very proud of the projects that have been implemented in our locality, especially in the kindergarten and throughout the village of Negureni. The people of our village have often been overlooked, but now we are glad that they are finally paying attention to us."
