Roads in Hâncești district improved for three villages

The repair work on a 2.39-kilometer section of the regional road G99 has been completed. This improvement enhances travel conditions and road safety for residents of the villages of Cioara, Marchet, and Pogănești in the Hâncești district. The project also included the construction of a 400-meter sidewalk in Cioara, as well as additional measures to enhance road safety.

The National Road Administration (AND) reported that work on the G99 regional road sector in the village of Cioara was completed. This included installing a 1.5-meter-wide sidewalk along the section between km 7+800 and km 9+800, ensuring pedestrian access to social institutions.
The AND specified that the project involved several tasks, including repairing the road surface, conducting earthworks, and installing two tubular bridges for rainwater drainage.

To enhance the safety of road users, 20 road signs were installed, guide poles were mounted, and road markings were applied over an area of 358 square meters.
The National Road Administration announces that the work was inspected by the reception commission upon completion.

The reception committee, composed of representatives from the National Roads Administration and the contractor, concluded that the work was completed in accordance with the specifications. This was determined after conducting the necessary checks, as stated in the institution's press release.

The contract value for the execution of the works is 11,451,756 lei, funded by the Road Fund.
