"Energocom" announced when it will sign the contracts with the electricity suppliers
The contracts between Energocom and the electricity suppliers, the "Premier Energy" and "FEE Nord" companies, would be signed today, confirmed for Radio Moldova, the interim director of SA "Energocom", Victor Bînzari. According to him, the parties are currently verifying whether, from a technical point of view, they correspond to all legal norms.
"We are in the process. I sent them the draft contract, the annexes to the contract we have with them, at the price of 73.5 dollars/MWh. The provisions are very clear: we procure this energy and distribute it to all universal suppliers, distribution and transmission system operators, according to the CSE decision. The company's operational expenses and a very small profit margin for the activity of "Energocom" are added to the price of 73", said Victor Bînzari.
TRM.MD recalls that, after the Cuciurgan Power Plant resumed the delivery of electricity to the right bank of the Dniester the other day, the Commission for Exceptional Situations requested the start of procedures for adjusting the regulated prices for the supply of electricity.
Previously, Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Spînu said that, according to preliminary calculations, the electricity tariff would decrease by 25% and would be around 4 lei per kwh for consumers. Chisinau's decision to resume electricity supplies from the Cuciurgan Power Plant has been criticized by some politicians and experts.
