Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba will speak in a video. Also today, Foreign Ministers will hold the International Conference of Donors in Support of Turkey and Syria.

Before the meeting of foreign affairs ministers at the Foreign Affairs Council, the EU High Representative, Josep Borrell, appreciated the decision of the International Criminal Court to issue an arrest warrant against the Russian President, Vladimir Putin.

"The decision of the International Criminal Court regarding President Vladimir Putin is very important. I know that the Russian authorities reject these decisions, stating that Russia is not a signatory. However, if the Russian president travels to one of the more than 130 countries that have signed this international treaty, he should be arrested immediately," said Josep Borrell. The security situation in the Republic of Moldova and the destabilizing actions aimed at the pro-European administration in Chisinau will be among the topics addressed today at the meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs from the EU member states - the Foreign Affairs Council. The head of diplomacy from Bucharest, Bogdan Aurescu, said before the council meeting began that he would urge the member states to continue supporting the pro-European government of the Republic of Moldova.

"I will draw attention to the situation in the Republic of Moldova and the need to support the government in Chisinau, which is pro-European. We must continue the support for the reform process towards the European integration of the country. We must continue our efforts to create the regime of sanctions against destabilizing actions against order and the rule of law that we proposed during the previous foreign affairs council", said the Romanian Foreign Minister.

Also, Bogdan Aurescu will request the continuation of EU support on multiple levels for the Chisinau authorities. He will emphasize the need to create a new regime of sanctions, aimed at the people responsible for the destabilization of the Republic of Moldova, an aspect that Romania is already working on.

At the meeting, the European Foreign Ministers will have a discussion on Russia's aggression against Ukraine, as well as on the implementation of the EU Action Plan for managing the geopolitical consequences of Russia's aggression, the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue, the situation in Tunisia and in Iran .
