President of the European Commission and the President of France will pay a visit to China
European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and French President Emmanuel Macron will pay a working visit to China early next month, Politico reports.
The French president declared in a press conference that the war in Ukraine must be stopped and in this regard all necessary measures must be taken.
Before her visit to Beijing, Ursula von der Leyen will give a speech on EU-China relations next Thursday in Brussels. Later, in November of this year, the president of the European Council, Charles Michel, will also go to China.
