A naval mine exploded in the Odesa region and damaged several buildings
A naval mine exploded on Sunday after hitting some coastal installations in the Odesa region. The explosion damaged several nearby buildings, but there were no human casualties, Odesa city council reported. Another mine was "detected and destroyed near one of the beaches in the region," according to Ukrainian authorities.

The problem of mines is one that causes great problems for Ukraine. The Netherlands has pledged two ships to neutralize mines, following a two-day visit by Dutch Defense Minister Kajsa Ollongren to Ukraine. According to Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov, the transfer of the ships is planned to be carried out by 2025, and Ukrainian sailors will begin training "in the near future". Reznikov also said that the United Kingdom has already transferred two similar ships, adding that "along with the tank coalition, the naval coalition has already started."
