The Republic of Moldova was elected vice-president of the Global Healthcare Travel Council
The Republic of Moldova was elected vice-president of the Global Healthcare Travel Council during the conference marking the 10th anniversary of its founding, when the organization's management was also re-elected, reads a press release.
For our country, this position represents an honor and a great responsibility, and the Healthcare Travel Council is committed to making all the necessary efforts to draw the attention of the world countries to the medical possibilities existing in our country.
The agenda of the discussions of the members of the Council included important topics, such as the increase in the number of global trips for medical purposes, the continuation of the exchange of experience for the teams of doctors and for the students of the medical universities at the level of the member countries, as well as the creation of a Committee of healthcare science and healthcare tourism. The Healthcare Travel Council comprises a network of 56 member countries.
