ASP announces that no emergency passports will be issued on 30-31 March
On 30-31 March 2023, no applications will be received for the issuance of Moldovan passports on an emergency basis. According to the Public Services Agency (ASP), on these days they will switch to the new system of personalisation of documents.
A new model of passport will be put into circulation in the Republic of Moldova from April.
The new document contains 34 pages, has 45 high-performance security features and a number of new features, in particular, the materials used, the personalisation technology and the type of security features.
