LIVE // Dorin Recean - in the plenary session of the Parliament. The Prime Minister requests the extension of the state of emergency in the Republic of Moldova for another 60 days
The Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, Dorin Recean, requests, from the central tribune of the Parliament, the extension of the state of emergency in the Republic of Moldova for another 60 days. The official argues the need to extend the state of emergency by continuing the Russian Federation's war of aggression against Ukraine, which also has an impact on our country.
We remind you that the members of the Cabinet of Ministers voted on Wednesday to extend the state of emergency, from April 5, for another 60 days. The decision was approved at the proposal of the Commission for Emergency Situations.
We remind that the state of emergency in the Republic of Moldova was established on February 24, 2022, with the outbreak of the war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
