Parliament will examine the 2023 budget laws early next week
The Parliament will meet on Monday in a special session, starting at 09:00 a.m. to examine the budget laws for 2023, the Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu, announced today during the plenary session.

We remind you that the budget-fiscal policy project and the budget law for next year were approved yesterday by the Government. The revenues to the state budget in 2023 will amount to about 65 billion lei, over 9% higher than this year, and expenses are forecast at 83 billion lei, almost 13% higher than in 2021. The relevant Ministry's estimates also show that 2023 will be a complicated year due to the multiple crises affecting the Republic of Moldova. The Minister of Finance, Dumitru Budianschi, declared that in 2023, the GDP will increase by 2% and reach the volume of 308 billion lei. Average inflation would be 15.7 percent.
