The plan includes the demolition of the bridge that ensures the rail and road connection between the peninsula and the Russian territory, across the Kerch Strait, Oleksii Danilov said in a Facebook post.

It also includes the dismissal of all those who have served the Russian authorities since the annexation of the peninsula in 2014, the official added.

The Ukrainian official presented the denazification of Germany after the Second World War as a model in this regard. Collaborators with the Russians and traitors to the Ukrainian state will be brought to court in the second stage of the plan, Oleksii Danilov said, mentioning judges, prosecutors and security service personnel. Also, according to this plan, Russians who settled in the peninsula after February 2014 will be expelled and their property purchases will be cancelled.

"An extensive detoxification program will be implemented to neutralize the consequences of Russian propaganda on the public consciousness of part of the population," the Ukrainian official said, adding that political prisoners would be released immediately.
