Electricity is getting cheaper. The new rates approved by ANRE

The National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) complied with the request of electricity suppliers to reduce the tariff to electricity. Therefore, Premier Energy consumers will pay a rate of 4.62 lei/kWh, about 1.29 lei less than the current rate.

For FEE NORD consumers, the tariff for one kWh will be 4.65 lei/kWh, compared to the current tariff which is 5.60 lei/kWh. "Taking into account the government's compensations, for those in the high and very high vulnerability categories (90% of consumers), the final tariff will be 3.30 lei/kwh", declared the Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development, Andrei Spînu. We remind you that on December 5, the Commission for Emergency Situations (CSE) ordered the revision of the electricity tariff, following the conclusion of the contract with the Cuciurgan Power Plant for the delivery of electricity to the right bank.
