The interconnection of Moldova's high-voltage lines with its Romanian partners is a priority for Moldelectrica, said experts who attended a working meeting with Transelectrica representatives.
Among the main topics of discussion was the acceleration of the construction of the 400 kV Balti-Suceava overhead power line, an important project for the northern part of the Republic of Moldova, worth more than 76 million Euro.
Moldelectrica's Acting Director General Sergiu Aparatu expressed his openness to accelerate the investment and start the construction works, which will increase the electricity transfer capacity to the Republic of Moldova.
