Artur Mija, about the "European Moldova" Assembly: People's security is ensured. Attempts at destabilization will be prevented
The security of the people at the event on May 21 is ensured, and the Police and state institutions will prevent any attempt at destabilization, said the Secretary General of the Government, the president of the organizing group of the "European Moldova" National Assembly, Artur Mija, in a press conference .
"The safety of people at the event is in the foreground. The General Police Inspectorate and state institutions will prevent any attempt at violence and will ensure order and peace in society this Sunday. Citizens have nothing to worry about, our institutions have proven that they can ensure order and security for the people. The assembly on Sunday is apolitical, we urge the citizens to come to show that the power in the Republic of Moldova belongs to the people", said Artur Mija.
At the same time, the State Secretary of the Government announced that more details regarding security aspects will be provided on Friday, May 19, by the head of the General Police Inspectorate, Viorel Cernăuțeanu.
A frequent question of the citizens, according to him, concerns the parking spaces. Thus, in the municipality of Chisinau there are four large parking areas depending on the entrance to the city.
We mention that the "European Moldova" National Assembly will take place on Sunday, May 21, and will consist of two parts: addresses to citizens and an artistic program. The event will take place in Chisinau, but also in 33 other European capitals and cities.
