The Republic of Moldova and Hungary will cooperate in the cultural field
The Republic of Moldova and Hungary have agreed on a cultural cooperation plan for the next five years. It was signed by the Minister of Culture, Sergiu Prodan, and the Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Péter Szijjàrtó.
By signing this Plan, the governments of the two countries undertake to encourage direct cooperation between arts professionals, professional organisations and creative associations in the fields of literature, visual arts, music, dance and theatre, as well as other areas of creative and performing arts, including film, book publishing, museums and public collections.
The plan contains, by way of recommendation, a series of events, long-standing festivals, exhibitions and international competitions in which creative people from both countries are invited to participate.
