The Promo-Lex Association launched the 101.promolex.md platform. The site provides relevant information about the activity of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova and about the deputies from the legislative forum of the country. According to Promo-Lex representatives, the purpose of the platform is to increase the transparency and visibility of the legislative forum, including facilitating the interaction between them and society.
The platform includes all available information about the activity of each deputy, which is presented interactively and accessible. According to the organization's program director, Nicolae Panfil, a democratic Legislative must be transparent, provide the general public with easy access to all information about its activity, interact with society and involve citizens in legislative processes.
"Everything we collect in the monitoring process to make accessible, in a pro-active manner, in an open manner, so that you can very easily find the information that, we must say, is sometimes more difficult to identify on the Parliament page , or some information that we present and which is actually missing from the Parliament page and we mean certain contact details for example or the CVs of some MPs. On this page you will have information about how each deputy voted, what initiatives he came up with", said Nicolae Panfil.
We remind that the official platforms of the Legislative, especially the website www.parlament.md, are the primary source of information about the Parliament's activity. The platform developed by Promo-LEX 101.promolex.md is an alternative one and aims to monitor and to improve the quality of decision-making processes.
