A man who raped his minor daughter, sentenced to 15 years in prison

A 40-year-old man, accused of raping his minor daughter, was found guilty by the court. He will spend the next 15 years in a closed penitentiary.

The crime was committed on September 3, 2022. The man was with his 13-year-old daughter in his own home, where, close to midnight, he had forced sexual intercourse with the minor.

"The man wanted to maintain other sexual acts, but for reasons independent of his will, he did not succeed," the General Prosecutor's Office reads in a statement. According to the institution, the defendant did not plead guilty.
