Moldova's Anti-Corruption Centre appoints new deputy director

The Moldovan Parliament has appointed Alexandr Pânzari as deputy director of the Anti-Corruption Center (CNA). Pânzari has been serving as head of the CNA's North Directorate and was nominated for the position by CNA Director Iulian Rusu.

Pânzari is a graduate of the Ștefan cel Mare Police Academy and holds a master's degree in law. He has worked as a collaborator of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and a senior investigator at the CNA.

Under the law, the CNA director is assisted by two deputies, appointed by Parliament on the proposal of the director for the duration of his term.
