Russia suspends flights to Moscow airports after Ukrainian drones intercepted
Russian authorities briefly suspended flights to Moscow's Vnukovo and Domodedovo airports on Sunday after two Ukrainian drones were intercepted heading for the capital.
The Russian defence ministry said the drones were destroyed and caused no damage or injuries.
The incident comes after Russia shot down another Ukrainian drone near Moscow on Saturday.
The Kremlin said that a "terrorist attack" by 11 drones in the city of Sevastopol in Russian-occupied Crimea was also thwarted.
Six flights were re-routed, but all airports are now operating normally, Russian authorities said.
