Igor Grosu: Authorities have solutions to prevent former Șor Party members from running for office
The authorities have solutions to prevent former Șor Party members from running for office, in the event that the Constitutional Court allows it, said Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu in an interview on ProTV.
The speaker said that "the rules of the game must be very clear in order to secure the electoral space of the Republic of Moldova."
The magistrates of the Supreme Court are considering today the complaint challenging the provisions of the Electoral Code that prohibit former members of the Șor Party, declared unconstitutional, from running for office.
