ASP issues provisional IDs for citizens of the Republic of Moldova aged over 18
Today, until 21:00, the Public Services Agency (ASP) will activate to issue provisional IDs to citizens of the Republic of Moldova aged over 18, who on election day will not have IDs required for voting.
Only those who registered at their home or temporary residence by the current August 5, as well as those who changed their temporary residence between August 7 and November 3 in the same commune, city or municipality will benefit from it.
Likewise, students and pupils with the right to vote, enrolled at educational institutions in the locality where they established their domicile or temporary residence after the current August 5, can request provisional documents. They will receive the documents upon presentation of the student or pupil card of the educational institution in which they are enrolled.
Provisional documents will be issued free of charge.
