Parliament Speaker says PAS is ready for alliances at the level of district councils

The Action and Solidarity Party is willing to make an alliance at the district council level with any party except those that are run by criminal groups. The statement was made by the Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu in the show "La 360 de grade" from Radio Moldova.

"Obviously, we cannot form a coalition with organized criminal groups, which, unfortunately, managed to get a mandate here and there. Otherwise, the colleagues have the freedom to discuss, analyze, see the quality of the interlocutors, the discussions take place at district and central level. Any potential alliance or discussion is held at the Standing Bureau", declared Igor Grosu.

We remind that in the general local elections, the Action and Solidarity Party obtained the majority in four district councils, and the Socialist Party in three. In the rest of the councils, coalitions with other formations will be created. In all, 21 political formations will have representatives in the district and municipal councils in the country, and 16 councilors have independent candidates.
