The Republic of Moldova will register an economic growth this year, attracting foreign investments, Andrei Spînu
This year is the most suitable for foreign investments in our country, claims the Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development, Andrei Spînu.
The official told TVR Moldova that this year, the Republic of Moldova will register economic growth, for the first time in recent years.
"In the next period, the Republic of Moldova will have, with its proximity to the EU, a higher growth. Even though we are in an extremely complicated geopolitical situation because of the war in Ukraine, we will see that this year we will come out of this crisis, which lasted almost two years, and we will have a year with a small economic growth. In the coming years, we hope that the economic growth will increase along with the proximity to the EU. We have to regain that trust as a country", said Andrei Spînu.
The signals coming from the EU will determine EU investors to invest in our country, the official added.
In the context of exports, the Minister of Agriculture states that Moldovan fruits have registered a significant increase on the EU markets.
