The Republic of Moldova will purchase another air surveillance system
The Republic of Moldova will have one more air surveillance system, in addition to the one that arrived in Chisinau the other day, said Defense Minister Anatolie Nosatîi.
According to the official, a radar model with the necessary technical parameters has been found, and a company will be identified from which to purchase it.
"As for the second radar, the tactical specifications have already been determined. At the moment, the Project Implementation Agency from the European Union is in charge of identifying the companies", said Anatolie Nosatîi.
We remind you that a modern air surveillance system arrived in Chisinau the other day, which was bought from the national defense budget. The radar will detect large and small aerial targets, which will contribute to increased visibility of the airspace.
