According to Dmitro Kyleba, this year, Ukraine will receive weapons from its allies, which it failed to get in 2022. To this end, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky talks daily with world leaders, and some of the decisions on arms deliveries are taken during these very conversations, the minister declared.
