Citizens from the left bank of the Nistru River can request civil status documents at any ASP center in the Republic of Moldova
Residents from the left bank of the Nistru River and from the municipality of Bender can request civil status services at any multifunctional center in the country. According to the Public Services Agency (ASP), the measure was adopted to support citizens in the region affected by disruptions in the electricity supply.
Citizens can also contact the Directorate for the Issuance of Civil Status Documents of the Civil Status Department in Chisinau, located on Mihai Viteazul Str. no. 11/1, 2nd floor.
To save time and avoid queues, ASP recommends that people schedule an appointment online or by phone, calling the Customer Support Service.
