Heavy traffic at the exit from the Republic of Moldova
There is intensive traffic at the Leușeni and Sculeni border crossing points, the Border Police announces. An increased and continuous flow is on the way out of the Republic of Moldova.
According to the source, the border police officers together with the customs officials are working at maximum capacity, being supplemented by the number of employees and special control equipment, but also by opening additional traffic lanes for cars. Travelers are urged to show understanding and patience, and as far as possible to opt in advance for the Costești or Cahul border points, where traffic is free.
