Three Romanian films, subtitled in French will be screened during the Francophonie Days in the Republic of Moldova
In the context of Francophonie Days in the Republic of Moldova, the Romanian Cultural Institute "Mihai Eminescu" from Chisinau, with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania and the Directorate of Internal Programs within the Romanian Cultural Institute, organizes a series of screenings with Romanian films subtitled in French.
According to an ICR press release, the films Căutătorul de vânt (2021, dir. Mihai Sofronea), Oameni de treabă (2022, dir. Paul Negoescu) and Metronome (2022, dir. Alexandru Belc) will be screened. The events take place in collaboration with the AUF National Office in the Republic of Moldova and are part of the Francophonie Days Activities Program in the Republic of Moldova.
The project is organized in collaboration with educational institutions whose object of activity is the intensive study of the French language: "Constantin Stere" Theoretical Lyceum in Soroca, "Gheorghe Asachi" Theoretical Lyceum in Chisinau, "Mihai Eminescu" Theoretical Lyceum in Balti, Theoretical Lyceum "Vasile Alecsandri" from Ungheni, "Ion Creangă" State Pedagogical University from Chisinau and the International Free University of Moldova.
