Russia Targets Moldova in Hybrid War

Moldova is engaged in a full-fledged hybrid war with the involvement of the Russian Federation, Interior Minister Adrian Efros told Ziarul de Gardă.

*"Indeed, we are in a full-fledged hybrid war. In fact, we have always been in a hybrid war, but with varying intensity. With the start of the unjust war in Ukraine, we felt the intensity of this war even more, because the Russian Federation initially wanted to reach us through military means, but thanks to these brave soldiers and commanders in Ukraine, this offensive was stopped. However, this does not mean that the Russian Federation has given up its intentions to regain control of the Republic of Moldova. That is why it has changed its tactics. It has not changed its objective, but it has changed its tactics, and we see different situations of destabilisation in the Republic of Moldova, illegal financing of different parties, attempts to buy the electorate through different methods and schemes," * Efros said.
