The government approved the necessary regulations for the smooth operation of gas transport in the backhaul regime.
Backhaul is the transaction of natural gas, which involves the nomination and allocation of deliveries of natural gas in the opposite direction to the main physical flow of natural gas, which occurs at certain one-way entry or exit points. This service is applied in all European countries at the interconnection points. With the approval of the necessary regulations, new possibilities will be created to transport gas to our country, but also to Ukraine, including through the trans-Balkan pipeline.
