Road accident in Constanta: 18 people involved, including 10 children

A road accident with five cars, involving 18 people, including ten children, happened in Constanța, writes news.ro.

The representatives of the Dobrogea Emergency Situations Inspectorate announced that the firefighters were alerted today, June 18, about the road accident between Tortoman and Siliștea.

A water and foam truck, a SMURD crew, the multi-victim transport truck, the SMURD helicopter and a County Service ambulance went to the scene. There were 18 people in the five cars, including ten children and eight adults.

As a result of the accident, six people were injured – one adult and five children. They suffered burns and a panic attack, but refused to be transported to the hospital.

The other 12 people refused medical examination.

Moldovan winemakers won a total of 90 medals at the third edition of the national contest “Vinul Moldovei” (‘Wine of Moldova’) held on November 21 and 22 in Chisinau. Among the awarded wines, 8 received the Grand Gold Medal, 73 wines were awarded Gold Medals, and 9 received Silver Medals.
