Dozens of people died in Israeli air strikes on two schools in Gaza
Dozens of people have died following Israeli airstrikes on two schools in Gaza, according to Palestinian rescuers and news agencies, the BBC reports.
Some of those killed were displaced people sheltering in schools, rescuers said. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed the attack, saying it targeted Hamas "command and control centers" inside two schools in Gaza City.
It was the third time in a week that Israelis attacked schools in Gaza. Palestinian media reported that at least 30 people were killed in the attacks. We remind that the Republic of Moldova, the United States of America, Great Britain, Sweden, France, Romania have issued travel warnings to Lebanon, in the context of fears that the situation in the Middle East could deteriorate rapidly.
In the night from Saturday to Sunday, Israeli air defense systems intercepted 30 rockets launched from Lebanon by the pro-Iranian group Hezbollah. Tensions in the Middle East escalated after the Israeli army assassinated the political leader of the terrorist group Hamas and the military commander Hezbollah.
