Moldova weather alert: Heavy rain and strong winds expected
The State Hydrometeorological Service (SHS) has issued a yellow alert for atmospheric instability in southern and central Moldova.
The weather warning will be in effect throughout the day.
According to SHS, brief periods of rain accompanied by lightning are anticipated, with isolated heavy showers producing 15-25 millimeters of rainfall.
Additionally, meteorologists are forecasting strong winds in the region, with gusts reaching speeds of up to 15-18 meters per second.
