The "Isaccea-Orlovka" crossing point on the border with Romania has temporarily suspended its crossing operations, the Customs Service of Ukraine announced. The decision was taken following the air attack on the Ukrainian territory on the night of Tuesday, October 2, writes UNIAN.
Currently, the Ukrainian authorities are carrying out measures to stabilize the activity of the border point, and according to preliminary information, the border crossing could resume after 11:00. Citizens are urged to take this into account when planning their trips.

According to UNIAN, on the night of October 1, the Russian army attacked the Sumî region and hit critical infrastructure in several communities. The localities of Șostka, Gluhov and Iampol were left without electricity.
Also, on the morning of October 2, Russian forces launched a guided bomb in the Kiev district of the city of Kharkiv. According to the mayor, specialized teams intervene at the site of the impact to assess the damage. "Fortunately, there are no victims," said the mayor.
